Maverick's Gaming Hall and the Cock & Pullet Pub travel all over California and provide Period Gaming for Reenactors and the public in order to raise money for Civil War site preservation.  Games played are "Period", and the Pub is proud to sell a souvenir MUG with the cock & Pullet logo on it to those that would like to make a donation.  Each member is a volunteer and donates their time to preserve History.

We are proud to be associated with the War Between the States Historic Association (WBSHA), American Civil War Society (ACWS), the National Civil War Association (NCWA), the California Historical Artillery Society (CHAS), The Washington Artillery Reenactors (WAR), and the American Civil War Association (ACWA).   We thank each and everyone that has supported us in the past and those that will support History in the future.

The Cock & Pullet Pub and Maverick's Gaming Hall have had the pleasure of donating over  $15,000 from California Reenactors to Camp Moore Louisiana in the years that we have been in operation.  This has at times amounted to a little over 25% of their operating budget, and has aided in keeping the doors open to this little known but very important part of History.  Campo Moore survives only on donations from their friends and contributors.
